The memories of Friday, June 26, 2015, and the subsequent 13 months will forever remain vivid in my mind. I had previously been a customer of Express Water Damage Restoration for a smaller project, so the choice was clear to me. My instincts led me to stick with what and whom I was familiar with. It was then that I was introduced to your project manager, Ken Archer. From the start, Ken established himself as my primary contact in a process I had little experience with. I knew it would require time, patience, collaboration, and quick decision-making. Above all, it demanded trust. In a time of uncertainty, I had no choice but to put my faith in Ken Archer, hoping he would guide me through the journey ahead. Without delving into specific details and instances, I would like to provide an overview of my overall customer experience. In short, there is no one better than Ken Archer. His experience, project management skills, work ethic, and confidence assured me that I was on the right path. Throughout the project, we worked well together, accommodating the numerous changes I made to the original scope of work. Ken and I both share the belief in the principles of “do what you say you’re going to do” and “any job worth doing is worth doing right.” These shared values undoubtedly contributed to the mutual respect that formed the foundation of our working partnership.

    I am currently three weeks back into my home as I write this. With a few remaining tasks on the punch list, I believe it’s important to express my gratitude to Express Water Damage Restoration and Ken Archer.
